John & Jarry's Tapsihan
About This Spot
Stepping into John & Jarry's Tapsihan feels like slipping into a quietly familiar corner of Cavite’s morning rhythm—a casual local eatery where the day begins slowly but with intention. The steady hum from the open road outside blends with soft conversations and the clinking of utensils, setting a pace that invites comfort rather than rush. It’s a space where cleanliness and care show in the simple details: from big wooden tables offering room for friends and families, to the thoughtfully maintained restrooms, revealing a pride in the everyday.
The atmosphere here carries a sense of homecoming. You’ll find familiar sights and smells that bring the classic Filipino tapsilog experience to life, yet with small touches that hint at something personal and considered. Whether it’s the subtle heat of their chili garlic oil or the lift from an in-house vinegar mix, these flavors invite you to take your time and savor each bite. Around the room, the friendly staff moves with attentive ease, making you feel seen as more than just a customer, but a guest invited into a shared moment.
John & Jarry's embraces the spirit of a neighborhood spot that stays open through the early hours, welcoming early risers and late-night diners alike. The menu offers comforting silog meals that play well with the rhythm of everyday life—nothing flashy, but thoughtfully prepared and hearty. Even the small perks, like their free house soup, remind you that this is a place rooted in authenticity and warmth.
Its location alongside a main road means the journey might require a little planning for those driving, but once inside, a casual calm settles over the space. The eatery respects its community, offering discounts for seniors and people with disabilities, reinforcing a quiet sense of inclusion. John & Jarry’s Tapsihan invites you not just to fill your plate, but to share a moment that feels honest—comfort in a bowl, wrapped in familiar smiles and simple pleasures.

Food options are plenty Taste I can say 7/10 nothing too special about it. But its good like a typical silog meals. Prices are affordable. Location wise not too good to those with cars as its along side a main road Helpers are also accommodating.

Good food for 24/7 tapsihan. I ordered tapsilog and it was good, paired with their inhouse vinegar mix. Their free in-house soup was also good and you know its authentic and not the usual free soup in carenderias.

First time to go in that inner part of Noveleta and I invited my 'tour guide' coffee treat (it's 5:20 in the morning, ask me instead to check a popular tapsihan rather than going to 711 where I thought, the only 24/7 store within the vicinity. Well, I already missed Tapsilog also and then found myself at John and Harry's.. Was amazed of the place, the place is clean and sanitized, I believe (please see attached pics)because utensils are covered with cloth. The food, tried Tapsilog and Tortasilog (ground pork omelet).. Ang sarap! Suit for the price being paid. So if ever you 7go to Noveleta, don't forget
